About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRD Restaurant to join our talented team at PT Utopia Kuliner Indonesia in Jakarta. As the HRD Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of our dynamic restaurant group. This full-time position will see you working closely with our operations and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class human resources solutions across our growing portfolio of restaurants.

What youll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, retain and develop top talent

• Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and professional development

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations

• Driving employee engagement and fostering a positive, collaborative company culture

• Analysing HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic HR initiatives

• Partnering with department heads to understand and address their unique HR needs

• Providing expert guidance and coaching to managers on people-related matters

• Designing and delivering impactful training programmes to upskill our restaurant teams

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality or restaurant industry

• Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline

• Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian employment legislation and best practice HR policies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to think strategically and implement practical HR solutions

• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for contributing to business growth

• Collaborative team player with a solutions-focused approach
