HRGA Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HRGA Supervisor to join our team at PT Jaya Higienis Laundry (LISSEY LAUNDRY) in Cikupa Banten. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all human resources and general administration functions within our fast-paced and growing company.

What youll be doing

• Manage the full employee life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations

• Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labour laws and regulations

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters

• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required

• Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime data accurately.

• Oversee BPJS Health & Employment and other employee benefits.

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as office management and procurement

• Champion a positive and inclusive company culture

• Manage office and production facility needs (supplies, cleanliness, transportation, etc.).

• Handle business permits, OSS, and other legal documents.

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or service-based environment

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Proficient in using HRIS Talenta and MS Office suite

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
