HSE Manager / Staff

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Understand, create and file HSE documents and reports neatly

• Providing HSE training to the workforce (Induction, etc.)

• Assisting in the preparation of the JSA, permit to work

• Coordinate and attend internal meetings and other external parties (Maincont/Owner/Subcont).

• Supervise safety, health, and pollution prevention issues.

• Review the Safety Management System to comply with applicable regulations.

• Follow up, evaluate, and provide recommendations for improvement on findings of non-conformity (unsafe action and unsafe condition).

• Conducting investigations, analyses, and making reports on accidents and incidents that occur.

• Carry out SHE Inspection of company assets on site.

• Coordination with the HSE team regarding all HSE matters.

• Performing other duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor or Project Management Team.

• Lead Safety Meeting on site project/ Office

• Monitoring and manage all employee compliance to K3L aspect

• Made sure SMK3L on the right track and documented

• Giving input and advice regarding K3L

 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in public health or engineering major from a reputable university.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Staff)

• Minimum 5 - 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Manager)

• Have a certificate Ahli K3 Umum (preferably from the Ministry of Manpower)

• Able to communicate and write in English in a professional working.

• Speak English

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
