  • Planning employee recruitment or manpower based on company needs
  • Execute end to end recruitment processes.
  • Support onboarding and orientation program for new employee
  • Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
  • Maintain organizational development remain on track and continue to thrive
  • Performs administrative tasks related to HR.
  • Maintain employee development records and reports periodically
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendation for improvement
  • Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preference on psychology or management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
  • Understanding of employment law and asset management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English.
