- Planning employee recruitment or manpower based on company needs
- Execute end to end recruitment processes.
- Support onboarding and orientation program for new employee
- Manages and enhances daily HR operations.
- Maintain organizational development remain on track and continue to thrive
- Performs administrative tasks related to HR.
- Maintain employee development records and reports periodically
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendation for improvement
- Stays informed about trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and advancements in human resources, talent management, and employment law
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree, preference on psychology or management.
- At least 3 years of experience in comprehensive HR functions.
- Understanding of employment law and asset management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
