About the role

Frisian Flag is seeking a Human Resource Staff to join our team in Jakarta. This is a contract role that will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the HR department. If you have experience in human resources and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

What youll be doing

  • Coordinating with various team in HR to define workflow

  • Documents system and archiving

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees

  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

  • Creating content for knowlwdge management

What were looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in using HR software and MS Office applications

  • Passion for providing excellent customer service and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

  • Understanding of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
