Human Resources Manager

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and goal-oriented HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function in the F&B industry. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, performance management, employee development, workplace culture, and compliance with labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision

  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Design performance appraisal systems, career paths, and employee training programs

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations

  • Draft and update HR policies and SOPs in accordance with labor laws

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture

  • Manage employee administration: contracts, attendance, leave, and coordinate with Finance for payroll

  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and provide strategic HR advice to management

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the F&B or similar industries

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Able to multitask and operate both strategically and operationally

  • Familiarity with HRIS/HR software is a must
