Human Resources Manager
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and goal-oriented HR Manager to lead and develop our Human Resources function in the F&B industry. This role is responsible for overseeing all HR activities including recruitment, performance management, employee development, workplace culture, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with the companys vision
Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
Design performance appraisal systems, career paths, and employee training programs
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and industrial relations
Draft and update HR policies and SOPs in accordance with labor laws
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture
Manage employee administration: contracts, attendance, leave, and coordinate with Finance for payroll
Conduct organizational needs analysis and provide strategic HR advice to management
Bachelors degree, preferably in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the F&B or similar industries
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and operate both strategically and operationally
Familiarity with HRIS/HR software is a must
