Individual Claim Analyst

Job Description:

1. Process claims accurately and timely within the required service standard, adhere to procedures and guidelines, risk and compliance, and regulatory and legal matters.

2. Prepare and provide claim statistic, report regularly and in a timely.

3. Liaises with other parties to seek guidance on the course of action of best interest to the company in the course of claims investigation.

4. Monitoring and complaint handling regarding the claim investigation process

5. Give the information to the customer regarding the claim

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or Public Health (FKM)

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Claim Analyst

• Preferably with medical and insurance knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Able to work under deadlines and pressure
