Infrastructure Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management & Strategy

• Develop and execute the IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Optimize cloud and infrastructure costs while maintaining performance.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure systems.

2. Cloud & Onsite Infrastructure Management

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, including AWS services and containerized environments.
• Ensure seamless IT infrastructure setup and support for business goals.
• Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and observability.

3. Security & Compliance

• Implement security best practices to protect infrastructure and data.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

4. Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes.
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and improve system observability.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Infrastructure team (SRE, DBA, PE).
• Foster collaboration between teams to drive efficiency and knowledge sharing.

6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align infrastructure goals with business needs.
• Provide regular updates on infrastructure performance, risks, and improvements.

Requirements:

1. Education: S-1 (Sarjana) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

2. Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

3. Technical Skills:

• Cloud platforms: Strong in AWS, especially in serverless architecture.
• Containerization: Strong in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Strong in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Scripting: Strong in Bash, Python, Groovy.
• Monitoring & Logging: Strong in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent.
• CI/CD & Automation: Strong in Jenkins.
• Security & Compliance: Best practices in system and patching security.
• Database Management: Must have knowledge in PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL.
• Queueing Mechanism: Must have knowledge in MQ System and Kafka.
• Infra Performance: Must have knowledge in K6 and its integration.

4. Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Excellent knowledge in infrastructure cost forecasting.

Preferred Skills:

1. AWS certification is a plus.

2. Professional English proficiency.
