Interior Design Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Interior Design to oversee and manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, vendors, and construction teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for design details.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Management
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of the interior design project, from initial concept to final installation.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Client & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, designers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Understand client needs and expectations, translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.
  • Design & Execution Oversight
  • Work closely with designers to ensure design concepts align with project goals.
  • Review design drawings, materials, and specifications for quality and feasibility.
  • Oversee installation and ensure proper execution of design elements.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and adherence to project specifications.
  • Quality Control & Problem-Solving
  • Identify and resolve project challenges, including delays, cost overruns, or design modifications.
  • Conduct quality checks at various project stages to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, and progress reports.
  • Prepare post-project evaluations and recommend improvements for future projects.
