Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate ongoing projects including its activities, equipment, and materials

• Communicate project updates and needs to all stakeholders

• Ensure all projects are executed in a timely manner and meets the companys quality standards

• Produce project reports and documentations, such as the S-Curve

• Troubleshoot problems that arise and report to management

• Communicate with clients to understand and meet their expectations

• Ensure all departments (Design, Finance, Production, etc.) has all the correct information all across the board

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents with strong attention to detail. Experience with AutoCAD is a must.

• Possesses analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail

• Has great understanding on materials and technical workings of Interior projects

• Demonstrates robust project management capabilities with a proven track record of successful project delivery

• Has a sense of urgency with the ability to thrive under pressure

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to convey complex information clearly

• Is able to commute to projects in and outside of Jakarta as needed
