Internal Control Mandarin Speaker (Consumer goods - internal control) - Central Java

• Assist with the daily internal control operations of the overseas factory to ensure process compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Collect and organize internal control findings, draft work reports, communicate actively with relevant departments, and provide suggestions and actions for improvement to help enhance internal control standards.
• Regularly provide feedback and updates to the factory and headquarters regarding internal control issues and work results.
• Follow up on issues identified during audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
• This position is dedicated to internal control work and must not interfere with production tasks in other departments.
• Other responsibilities as needed.

• Bachelors Degree
• High conversational Mandarin and

High conversational English proficiency

• Minimum 1 year of internal control or with relevant experience in manufacturing internal control, auditing, or finance
• Proficiency in using office software (such as MS Office)
• Willing to work in East Java
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to multitask under pressure
