We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Admin & Developer to join our team in Bali. This role combines administrative IT responsibilities with full-stack web development. The ideal candidate will handle IT infrastructure management and administrative tasks, as well as develop web applications using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Administrative Duties:

  • Manage and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.

  • Oversee IT inventory, licenses, and user accounts administration.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for staff.

  • Ensure system security, conduct regular backups, and prepare for disaster recovery.

  • Maintain documentation of IT policies, procedures, and system configurations.

Development Duties:

  • Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology-driven solutions.

  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application issues, and optimize efficiency.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT administration and web development.

  • Strong skills in Ruby on Rails, Node.js, and React.

  • Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

  • Proficient in Linux/Unix operating systems.

  • Skilled in version control using Git.

  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
