IT Distribution Business Analyst

• Distribution (Pro) actively manage, analyse and support for IT systems / applications (SAP, Blackline, TIS and other finance system) to ensure timely, accuracy, consistency and efficiency of related data information transaction and comply with Inchcape Information Security policy, procedure and standard.

• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives.
• User Consultancy and Support: Provide consultation and support with local/region/global team to Inchcape end-users on SAP and other critical systems. Develop the user guide materials, documentation, facilitate adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
• Provide insights of new technology developments and advice on how this can impact/contribute the business strategy.
• Solution Design and Implementation: Design solutions leveraging for automation with MS Sharepoint, Power Automate, SAP and its integration platforms to streamline business processes. Develop detailed plans for implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
• Demand and Project Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies. Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders and manage resistance to change through proactive engagement and support.
• Collaborate with project teams to map business processes that will be impacted by the products generated as business applications.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards in the design and implementation of business processes. Implement governance mechanisms to maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality.
• Monitor quality, effectiveness and efficiency of IT services and solutions.
• Communicate and report performance of IT services and solutions towards relevant IT and business stakeholders
• Generate workshops / discovery efforts / documentation of/on the requirements of business / stakeholders
