IT helpdesk & support supervisor
SK Plasma has grown steadily on the foundation of PDMP (plasma-derived medicinal products) business starting from 1970. In 2015, SK Plasma resolved to build a state-of-the-art plasma fractionation plant and has spun off from SK Chemicals Life Science biz., aiming to improve competitiveness in the global PDMP market. SK Plasma is planning to build a plasma fractionation plant in order to improve the self-sufficiency of PDMP in Indonesia through a joint venture with capable business partners under the support of the Indonesian government.
Role Description :
1. Office Automation (OA) Operations
· PCs (desktop, laptop) for employees
New PCs: Install essential software and integrate with Microsoft 365 accounts
Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve PC-related issues
· Printers, telephones, and other OA devices
Collaborate with local support vendors to address malfunctions
· Asset Management
Manage inventory and lifecycle of OA equipment
2. Infrastructure Operations
· Maintain and support network/security devices installed in the MDF room, including:
Firewalls
SSL VPN
Layer 2/3 switches
Server farm switches
· User account management
· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Required :
· Bachelors degree in IT, Computer, or related field
· 5+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
· Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Preferably :
· Proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken)Eng
· Experienced in similar role within KIIC (Karawang International Industrial City)
