IT Lead Business Analyst

Qualification:

1.   At least 5 years experience as business / system analyst, with at least 2 years experience in in leadership roles.

2.   Expertise in process modelling using BPMN or UML.

3.   Experience in ERP and CRM will be prioritized.

4.   Knowledge in SQL, data analytics, and BI tools will be prioritized.

5.   Strong background in SDLC for enterprise level software solutions.

6.   Familiar with API integration and cloud infrastructure.

7.   Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

8.   Ability to lead requirement gathering, drive decision making, and mentoring junior BAs.

9.   Problem solving mindset with focus on deliver business value.

Job desk:

1.   Leading user requirement session to gather all stakeholder requests.

2.   Translate all requirements as system requirement, including both technical and non-technical aspect. Conduct gap analysis if necessary.

3.   Analyze and design scalable and secure software solution in functional and technical document.

4.   Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, making sure the implementation is consistent with all requirement is implemented correctly.

5.   Making sure the QA team creating appropriate test plan based on all requirements.

6.   Leading user acceptance test session

7.   Conduct user training if necessary

8.   Review and mentor junior BAs.
