IT Monitoring Operator (Shifting)

• System Monitoring: Monitor multiple dashboards and surveillance systems to track system performance and identify anomalies.

• Incident Management: Detect, respond to, and escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures.

• Communication: Coordinate with IT teams, security personnel, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and detailed reports on incidents, system performance, and corrective actions taken.

• Emergency Response: Execute emergency procedures and notify appropriate personnel during critical events.

• Troubleshooting: Perform basic troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and minimize downtime

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1 or equivalent), preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Prior experience in system monitoring, ticketing systems, or IT operations is required.

• Good understanding of monitoring tools and incident escalation workflows.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Capable of basic troubleshooting and issue identification before escalation.

• Well-organized and disciplined in maintaining incident records and generating reports.

• Experience working in the finance or financial services sector is a strong advantage.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible in maintaining system stability and performance.
