  2. Have a good knowledge of basic network concepts.
  3. Having a good knowledge of hardware, software, and server system.
  4. Have experience in handling network and computer troubleshooting.
  5. Have a good knowledge of Linux.
  6. Able to shifting of work.

Job Descriptions ;

  1. As a first layer, you will be serving requests, questions, and complaints from customers.
  2. Monitoring the application system of web-based and desktop based.
  3. Monitoring the traffic of the network.
  4. Monitoring and handling problems related to the fraud detection system and periodic tasks.
  5. Troubleshooting pc/laptop, system, and network.
