About the Job
As an IT Operation Technical Support Officer, you will be the linchpin of our technological infrastructure. Your mission is to provide expert technical support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions such as hardware, servers and networks, carrying out network configuration, local and internet network maintenance, server backup, server warranty management, network & infrastructure security, license documentation, as well as technical support services in order to support network services and IT infrastructure required by the company. youll be the go-to person for keeping our digital landscape running smoothly.
What you will Need to Succeed :
Bachelors degree in Computer and Network Engineering
Minimum 1 years as IT Technical Support role;
Able to manage & repair hardware, servers & network connections;
Able to build network security & IT infrastructure;
Monitor maintenance and repair of IT equipment & facilities;
Able to be a problem solver according to the task area;
Able to communicate & relate;
Willing to work out of town;
Primary work location will be in Yogyakarta, with willingness to be assigned to EIGER stores across Indonesia.
