Job Title: IT Supervisor (Governance, Compliance, Infrastructure)

Location: Cikarang

Employment Type: This will initially be a 6-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent employee afterward.

Adecco is assisting one of well-known Multinational Manufacturing company in hiring IT Supervisor.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Supervisor with following details:  

Requirements & Qualification :

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Cybersecurity or related field.

• 3 Years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance or related roles.

• Familiar with regulatory requirements relevant to out industry.

• Basic knowledge of IT governance frameworks and standards e.g., ITIL.

• Understanding of laws and regulations such as SOX.

• Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations.

• General understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and security principles.

• Analytical skill, communication skill.

• Good personality and leadership.

• Able to communicate in English is a must.

• Japanese speaking is an advantage.

Job Description:

• In charge for IT Governance and Compliance Support, Risk Assessment, Incident Reporting, Documentation.

• Establish and maintenance new IT Procedure and Policy.

• To work with other IT team , QMS and other department to ensure that IT related procedure are in place.

• Support compliance effort with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 13485, ISO 90001.
