IT Support (Network)

PT. Linksfield Networks Indonesia looking for a proactive and skilled individual in the field of IT networking and signal systems to join our technical team. This position is responsible for providing technical support, handling post-sales services, and ensuring compliance with network standards and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and access points.

• Troubleshoot network issues (LAN/WAN, wireless, signal stability) both remotely and on-site.

• Provide post-sales technical support, including user training and field follow-ups.

• Conduct signal quality checks, network stability assessments, and performance monitoring at client sites.

• Document installation outcomes, technical resolutions, and client feedback.

• Ensure that all networking systems and installations comply with company and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues.

• Support technical and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.

What were looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of computer networks, signal systems, topology, and network troubleshooting.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical networking support, preferably with after-sales or field project involvement.

• Knowledge of network compliance and security standards is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

• Willing to travel or perform field visits as required.

• Can to be speak english language.
