IT Support

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, mac OS, Linux), Microsoft Office, and common enterprise software
  • Familiarity with network concept, basic cybersecurity, and troubleshooting tools
  • Strong problem-solving, good analyst and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide daily IT support and routine maintenance for all systems and devices.
  • Maintain an up-to-date checklist and logbook of IT activities and issues.
  • Ensure all hardware and software systems function properly and are well-maintained.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software and computer systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting network problem.
  • Ensure the workspace is clean and organized at all times.
  • Maintain the safety and readiness of all IT tools and equipment.
  • Continuously update knowledge on the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to the IT team and end-users when needed.
