IT Support Specialist (English Proficiency Required)

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Skilled in assembling and repairing laptops/PCs
• Experience troubleshooting common software issues (Windows, Office, Antivirus, Printers, etc.)
• Proficient in Linux and familiar with virtualization
• Knowledge of networking (Routing, Subnetting, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Firewall)
• Familiar with Cisco devices and OSI Layer concepts
• Understanding of IT security processes and tools
• Ability to implement IT operations and security policies
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)

Jobdesc

• Manage and operate on-premise IT infrastructure and network
• Troubleshoot and install desktop PCs, laptops (hardware & software)
• Provide daily IT support for office operations
• Maintain office IT security and policy compliance
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues (firewall, proxy, network, server, etc.)
• Support IT security audits and asset management
• Evaluate and improve IT infrastructure security
• Collaborate with Samsungs global security team to enforce policies
