Japanese Speaker Administration Staff (Min. N3)

Job Description:

  • Assist in setting up the new office, including vendor coordination for office facilities, equipment, and supplies.

  • Manage HRGA related tasks.

  • Handle general affairs, including office maintenance, procurement, and employee welfare.

  • Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

  • Act as a liaison between Japanese management and local employees, ensuring smooth communication.

  • Translate documents, emails, and meeting discussions from Japanese to Indonesian/English and vice versa.

  • Support expatriate employees with work permits, visa processing, relocation assistance as well as secretarial support as needed.

Requirement:

  • Min. Bachelors degree in any major

  • Able to speak Japanese, min hold N3 Certification

  • Experienced as administration or secretarial
