Junior Architect with Marketing Background

Requirements:

• S1 Graduates from reputable universities in architecture, interior design, or business.

• Passionate in architecture and have a great understanding the fundamental drivers of the business, customers, partners, and competitors. 

• Good attitude and have strong desire to learn new things.

• Having experience in sales meeting and have creative thinking in prospecting potential clients.

• Have good communication, leadership, and management skill.

• Fluent in English both written and verbal.

• Cooperative and able to work in a team as well as independently without supervision.

• Willing to travel domestic and international.

• Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Sketchup.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and build up relationships with all stakeholders including clients, Designers, Architects, Interior Designers and Project Developer.

• Achieve sales target.

• Supervise the production process.

• Supervise the field works.

• Ensure all the job is delivered on time.

• Conduct canvassing for new clients or re-canvassing for existing clients.
