About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our dynamic team at PT. PMA High Quality Construction in South Kuta Bali. As a Junior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and analysis. What youll be doing

  • Assist in the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on plans, specifications, and other project documents
  • Conduct thorough material takeoffs and coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate pricing
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure project profitability
  • Maintain and update cost databases, historical records, and other estimating tools to improve the accuracy of future estimates
  • Participate in project meetings and present cost analyses to stakeholders
  • Provide support to the senior estimating team as needed

    • What were looking for

  • Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in the residential or commercial building sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
