Management Trainee Sales (SPV Equivalent) Qualifications:

• Minimum Sl education (Management, Business, or Engineering preferred)
• At least 3 years of B2C and B2B sales experience
• Understand B2C and B2B sales process, negotiation, and client relationship management
• Good market analysis, business communication, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented, high initiative, and ready to work with challenges
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Willing to travel to various regions

Operational Staff Qualifications:

• Minimum vocational education
• Have good analytical skills and high accuracy in work
• Flexible and adaptive, able to work in an office environment or in the field according to operational needs
• Accustomed to handling administrative work properly and systematically
• Able to operate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace platform effectively
• Have good communication skills and able to work together in a team
• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Electro Engineer Qualifications:

• Minimum education of S1 Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Computer Science
• Experienced in designing microcontroller-based systems (Arduino, ESP32)
• Mastering PCB design and production process
• Skilled in using 2D/3D design software (CorelDraw, SketchUp)
• Proficient in firmware development tools (PlatformIO, VSCode, Git / GitHub)
• Understand device communication (UART, I2C, SPI) and Arduino ISP concept
• Have basic knowledge of power systems (regulators, voltage protection, etc)
• Able to read datasheets, perform debugging, and solve technical problems quickly
• Accustomed to working independently and in a team, with a target time orientation
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fluid control systems, pump / valve control, and use of pressure sensors or flowmeters
• Familiar with rapid prototyping (3D printer, mini CNC)
• Experience in vending machine, automation, or automatic filling system projects is preferred
