Key Account Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and expand all key accounts segments.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.

  • Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and pricing to optimize sales opportunities.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan in-store promotions, product displays, and other marketing initiatives.

  • Maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Provide insight from market to develop action plans

  • Coaching and monitoring Key Account sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelors degree in any field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing key accounts, preferably in the FMCG industry.

  • Proven track record of managing large retail accounts.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a good understanding of sales data and market trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
