Key Account Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus

• STRONG LEADERSHIP.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Manager or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in the BEAUTY INDUSTRY.

• Proven track record in managing national minimarket chains and local modern trade accounts at the head office level

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure product listings, trade terms, and visibility programs

• Deep understanding of sell-out driven strategies, promotional mechanics, and in-store execution in the minimarket environment

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, ROI, and performance KPIs to make strategic decisions

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, supply chain, and trade marketing

• Familiar with demand forecasting, stock planning, and store-level distribution dynamics

• Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously

Job desk:

• Manage national-level accounts across modern trade channels

• Negotiate and secure product listings, visibility programs, and trade terms at the head office level

• Develop and implement promotional calendars and in-store execution strategies to drive sell-out performance

• Monitor and analyze performance by account/channel/region to recommend corrective actions or growth opportunities

• Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure effective execution of national programs at store level

• Maintain accurate forecasting and stock planning in collaboration with supply chain and demand planning teams

• Track competitor activity within the national account chains, minimarket, and Local MT landscape, providing timely insights to senior management

• Ensure compliance with trading agreements and promotional ROI evaluations
