Key Account Manager
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
STRONG LEADERSHIP.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Manager or Modern Trade Sales, preferably in the BEAUTY INDUSTRY.
Proven track record in managing national minimarket chains and local modern trade accounts at the head office level
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure product listings, trade terms, and visibility programs
Deep understanding of sell-out driven strategies, promotional mechanics, and in-store execution in the minimarket environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, ROI, and performance KPIs to make strategic decisions
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales operations, supply chain, and trade marketing
Familiar with demand forecasting, stock planning, and store-level distribution dynamics
Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and initiatives simultaneously
