  • Memahami penagihan, mensupervisi collector , dan membuat laporan analisa

  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yg efektif dan tegas

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengelola dan bertanggung jawab atas penagihan konsumen terlambat bayar

  • Membantu cabang/ gudang dalam  penanganan konsumen bermaslaah

  • Mencapai target-target yang telah ditentukan Perusahaan
