  • Senin: Pagi, Siang, Sore
  • Selasa: Pagi, Siang, Sore
  • Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
  • Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
  • Jumat: Pagi, Siang, Sore
  • Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per bulan

JOB POSITIONS: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (CC)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Manage Reservation team, Customer Relations Officer team and Marketer team

2. Check and make sure all customer handling works well and smooth

3. Check and sure Rental Schedule and other report done well.

4. Good respons for any questions about product, services, etc

5. Manage communication between offices staff

6. Handling complaints when dealing with customers

7. do a training to the staf

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum 1 year experience as Coordinator / Supervisior

2. Can drive car (have SIM-A) - will be plus point
