KYC Team Lead - Operations (Solo)

Job Description

• Distribute KYC data to all members and ensure that daily productivity and data quality targets are met by all team members

• Ensuring that the KYC Service Level Agreement (SLA) is tracked and monitored effectively.

• Create KYC daily, weekly, monthly report

• Responsible for reviewing tax and bank account documents submitted based on a set of guidelines provided

• Distribute task and ensure all team members have the task

• Coordinate with other departments/regional team to ensure seamless flow of operations

• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement them

• Regular briefing with other stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Quality team to assess agent quality issues and implement improvement plans

Requirement

• Bachelors degree from any major

• Have 1-3 working experience

• Have strong logical thinking, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point) and Google Spreadsheet, slides, and docs

• Driven, attention to detail, and motivated

• Able to work under pressure and under dynamic target

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Able to work as an individual and team

• Good communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills

• Have experience as a team leader is a plus

• Excellent knowledge about KYC sellers and affiliates is a plus.

• Fluent in english is a plus
