About the role

Canggu Community School (Badung) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bahasa Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant international school community in Bali. This full-time role will provide crucial support to our Bahasa language teaching team, contributing to the delivery of an exceptional educational experience for our students.

What youll be doing

• Assist the lead Bahasa teacher in lesson planning, preparation, and delivery
• Provide individual and small group support to students, helping them develop their Bahasa language skills
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create engaging and effective Bahasa lessons and learning activities
• Contribute to the assessment and feedback process for students
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching skills
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students

What were looking for

• Bachelor Education / Spanish Language
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous experience working as a teacher assistant or in a similar educational support role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students of all ages
• A passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential
• Excellent organize and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school
