Learning & Development Officer (Trainer)
Responsibilities:1. Design and implement training materials for new and existing employees on products, policies, and procedures in fintech or banking.2. Conduct in-person and online training sessions using various teaching methods tailored to participants needs.3.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and follow up to ensure understanding and implementation of training content in the workplace.4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure training programs align with company needs and industry standards.5. Create training evaluation reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.6.
Assist in the professional development of team members by providing constructive feedback and mentoring based on workplace performance. Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree in Economics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.2.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Trainer or in a training role within the fintech, banking, or relevant industry.3. In-depth knowledge of the fintech or banking industry, including products, regulations, and current trends.4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.5.
Experience with digital training platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.6. Ability to present complex material in an understandable way for audiences with varying levels of knowledge.7. Certification in training or human resource development is an added advantage.
