LEGAL ANALYST

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure alignment with applicable laws and the companys interests.

• Provide legal advisory services related to business operations, including contracts, corporate policies, and internal procedures.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that legal documentation supports business needs and complies with management approval.

• Support corporate actions such as company establishment, closure, and other legal registrations by coordinating with notaries and relevant authorities.

• Monitor and assess legal risks associated with business activities, recommending actions to mitigate potential exposure.

• Analyze and identify potential legal risks in company activities.

• Represent the company in handling disputes or legal proceedings by preparing legal opinions 

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.

• Min 2 years of experience in legal advisory or corporate legal roles.

• Strong knowledge of Business Law and Legal Agreement Review.

• Excellent Legal Advisory and Analytical Thinking to assess risks and propose strategic solutions.

• Effective Negotiation and Communication Skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Attention to Detail in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.

• Capable of Conceptual Thinking to interpret legal frameworks and company policies.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
