WERE HIRING - LEGAL OFFICER (CORPORATE)

Location: Synergy Pro, Seminyak

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage company agreements and legal documents
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws (OSS, PMA, business permits, etc.)
  • Provide legal consultation related to company operations and policies
  • Coordinate with external parties (notaries, regulators, relevant institutions)
  • Handle legal administration, including legal drafting and legal opinions

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Law
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in corporate law or a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of business regulations, foreign investment (PMA), and business permits
  • Excellent legal analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently and in a team
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
