Qualifications :
Must posses at least Bachelor Degree majoring Law.
Min 3 years experience as a Legal Supervisor in Mining Industry.
Must have a working experiences in Mining Industry.
Experience in handling RUPS, preparing IPO, RKAB, OSS, Land Acquisition.
Experience in create legal opinion, agreement review, preparing for merger or acquisition.
Have a good knowledge in various industry regulations especially in mining.
Have a good communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, critical thinking and multitasking skills.
Strong in leadership skill.
Excellent in Ms. Office skill.
Willing to travel if needed.
