Legal Writer for Australian Visas (Work from Home) (WFH) (Remote)

About Us

RACC Education and Migration Services have more than 15 years of experience in helping clients to apply for courses and different types of visas in Australia. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Writer with expertise in the Australian visa system to assist in drafting and preparing high-quality, legally compliant documentation in support of a range of visa applications.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in legal writing and a strong understanding of Australian migration law, particularly the documentation required for employer-sponsored and training visa subclasses.

Qualifications :

• MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in legal or technical writing, ideally in the Australian immigration context.
• Solid knowledge of visa subclasses including 482, 494, 186, and 407.
• Ability to interpret legislative and policy documents and translate them into clear, compliant content.
• Qualifications in Law, Migration Law, or a related discipline (preferred but not essential).
• Experience working with migration agents, immigration lawyers, or related professionals is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft job advertisements in accordance with Labour Market Testing (LMT) requirements.
• Prepare detailed and compliant Market Salary Reports.
• Compile persuasive Genuine Need for the Position reports with appropriate justifications and supporting evidence.
• Create tailored Training Plans that meet the legislative and procedural requirements of the Subclass 407 (Training Visa).
• Monitor and incorporate changes to migration policies and legal frameworks affecting documentation.
• Collaborate closely with MARA-registered migration agents and legal advisors to ensure document quality and compliance.

Interview Requirement:

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to present examples of the following during the recruitment process:

• A compliant Training Plan for the Subclass 407 Visa
• A sample LMT Job Advertisement
• A Market Salary Rate Report
• A Genuine Nominated Position Report

Location : Work from home, preferably based in Indonesia

Pay : Start from Rp. 5.000.000
