About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Line Control to join our dynamic team at PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk. Based in Sidoarjo, East Java, this full-time role is crucial in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

What youll be doing

• Monitoring and inspecting production lines to identify and resolve any quality issues or deviations from standard operating procedures

• Conducting regular quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to maintain high quality standards

• Documenting and reporting on quality metrics, production data, and any corrective actions taken

• Collaborating with production teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and streamline manufacturing processes

• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality, health, and safety regulations

What were looking for

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a quality control or line control role

• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles

• Proficient in data analysis and the use of quality control tools and techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious approach to work

• Willing able to work shifts
