Listing Agent

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Sales Listing Agent is responsible for scouting new property inventory, including villas and land for sale or rent, and managing the creation and promotion of property listings. This role involves adding new listings to the company’s website and social media, conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pricing, and coordinating property inspections and showings. The Listing Agent also builds relationships with property owners and offers rental management services, ensuring that all listings are marketed effectively to drive sales and rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Property Management & Marketing

Efficiently scout, list, and maintain an up-to-date inventory of villas and land for sale or yearly rent. Showcase properties with compelling listings across websites and social media, leveraging staging and marketing strategies for maximum visibility.

  • Client-Centric Engagement & Conversions

Respond promptly to inquiries, convert leads into business opportunities, and build lasting relationships with buyers, renters, and property owners. Offer tailored rental management services and guide clients through seamless closing processes.

  • Strategic Market Insights & Negotiation

Conduct in-depth market analyses to recommend optimal pricing strategies, ensuring competitive positioning for quick sales or rentals. Skillfully negotiate contracts and oversee accurate, timely completion of real estate paperwork.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Background in real estate, business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of property laws and transaction processes is a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in real estate sales, property management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with property listing platforms and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing client relationships and handling contract negotiations.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market analysis to recommend pricing strategies and adjust to trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
