Logistics Staff

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in logistics or transportation management, with a proven track record of success in coordinating shipping and distribution operations

• Considerable knowledge of logistic domestic and overseas (Import-export) process

• Able to communicate in English (speaking & writing)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, coordinating multiple shipments and logistics activities simultaneously

Jobdesc:

• Provide detailed information such as quote amounts to material/goods, right HS Code of material/goods, write up new quotes, following company guidelines for cost and time

• Prepare, review, and compile all logistic documentation of material/goods, forwarded, shipping, custom, storage and trucking

• Analyze logistics cost/expenses, import-export, customs fees, taxes and storage monthly to maintain profit goals. Must aggressive negotiator with overseas and domestic logistic vendor (forwarded/shipping/trucking/etc) for efficient

• Maintain schedule direct shipping, receiving and dispatch work efforts to ensure timely processing

• Accurately record and maintain all inventory, logistics, and transportation data
