Loss Prevention Manager
Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
- Security Oversight and Loss Prevention
- Design, implement, and oversee loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Ensure the physical security of buildings, warehouses, and operational areas.

Audit and Investigation
- Conduct regular internal audits to detect potential asset loss or SOP violations.
- Investigate incidents of loss, theft, or fraud, including gathering evidence and compiling investigation reports.

Shrinkage Monitoring and Analysis
- Analyze shrinkage data, stock takes, and financial reports to identify causes of loss.
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Store Operations) to follow up on findings.

Team Management
- Lead the Loss Prevention Officer/Security team.
- Train and improve the teams capacity in terms of SOPs, surveillance techniques, and incident response.

Security System Improvement
- Collaborate with vendors for the installation and maintenance of CCTV, alarms, EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance), etc.
- Provide recommendations for technology-based security system improvements.

Training and Education
- Provide regular training to employees on loss prevention awareness.
- Fostering a work culture that adheres to security procedures and ethics.

Reporting
- Preparing periodic reports for management on incidents, loss trends, and the effectiveness of loss prevention programs.
- Providing strategic input for management decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors degree (preferably in Criminology, Management, Law, or similar).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in security or loss prevention, with 1-2 years of managerial experience.
- Understanding of security systems, investigation procedures, and surveillance technology.
- Strong data analysis, communication, and leadership skills.
