Responsibilities:

• Overseeing program management, project development and management activities, including TOR development, budgeting & cost control, contracting and execution strategy development

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope

• Developing strategic business development plans

• Conducting market analysis

• Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders including proactive synergy with our coal logistic operations company, PT Ancara Logistics Indonesia Tbk

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

• 10 years+ Experience in Program Management and Project Management

• Experience in the coal mining or coal logistic sector is a must

• Strong Analytical Skills, Scheduling, Budgeting and Cost Control experience

• Excellent Communication skills

• Leadership and Team Management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
