Job Summary :

BIASA is seeking a Marketing Executive to assist with the execution of brand marketing activities across digital, retail, and CRM channels. This position plays a key support role in ensuring campaign consistency and timely delivery of communication assets. The ideal candidate has experience in fashion retail (luxury preferred), e-commerce, and CRM, and is comfortable working in a creative, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

1.E-Commerce & CRM Support

  • Assist in writing product descriptions aligned with brand tone and positioning

  • Coordinate product content (images, links, pricing, categories) for drops

  • Support the execution of customer communications via email and WhatsApp

  • Help manage customer segmentation and data for tailored CRM initiatives

2. Social Media & Content Coordination
  • Assist in implementing Instagram Stories and other content based on the planned schedule

  • Coordinate visual assets from photoshoots, in-store activities, and user-generated material

  • Organize and maintain marketing folders, including image, copy, and link banks

  • Collaborate with the graphic designer and digital marketing team to ensure assets are delivered and ready for use

3.Retail & Campaign Support

  • Assist in the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels

  • Coordinate internal requests for campaign visuals, store content needs, and brand collateral

  • Liaise with creative vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely execution

4.Marketing Admin & Workflow

  • Track campaign timelines and status updates in coordination with the Marketing Manager

  • Provide logistical support for production, asset delivery, and seasonal activations

  • Support basic performance tracking and assist with reporting needs

    Requirements :

    • 2-3 years of experience in fashion marketing or e-commerce

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

    • Proficient in Canva, CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify), and communication tools

    • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and time management

    • Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling

    • Based in Bali or willing to relocate
