About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our dynamic freight forwarding company, PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa, based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our freight forwarding services and drive business growth.

What youll be doing

  • Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising
  • Generating high-quality leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients
  • Analyzing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Creating and managing engaging content, such as website updates, blog posts, and social media content
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing initiatives, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement

    • What were looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within the freight forwarding or logistics industry
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, search engine optimization, and data analytics
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing solutions
  • Attention to detail and strong project management skills to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
