Marketing Manager
Job description
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the companys overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, bookings, and revenue growth. They oversee digital marketing campaigns, partnerships, and agency collaborations while leading an in-house team.
As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy targeting digital nomads, remote workers, and travelers.
Oversee digital campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, TikTok, email, and SEO).
Manage performance marketing (paid ads, lead generation, and conversion optimization).
Build partnerships with travel influencers, digital nomad communities, and brand collaborators.
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign success and make data-driven optimizations.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Coordinate with other departments to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategy.
Work with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, hospitality marketing, or brand management.
Industry Knowledge: Preferably in coworking, hospitality, tourism, or real estate industries.
Leadership Skills: Experience in managing teams, agencies, and freelancers.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, and email marketing.
Performance Marketing Skills: Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and ROI tracking.
CRM & Automation: Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and performance tracking tools.
Creativity & Branding: Experience in content strategy, visual storytelling, and brand positioning.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present strategies, negotiate partnerships, and manage stakeholders.
