• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to align with marketing goals.
• Conduct marketing activities to promote products, services, and company brands.
• Create content ideas to increase product awareness.
• Working with advertising, promotion, consultant, sales, pre-sales, and product architects/development
• Collaborating with related party (product manager, tower head, 3rd party) to align marketing initiatives.
• Compile lists describing product or service offerings to create its marketing kit.
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and strategies.
• Participate on marketing and communication activity within TMT Group.
• Initiate brand survey, market research studies, digital marketing, and offline/online marketing.
• Prepare merchandising, media, event, promotions, community relation, CSR and communication strategy for both internal & external.

Manajemen Komunikasi, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Pemasaran

2 tahun

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in marketing communications, event, or digital marketing role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating marketing visuals, infographics, and branded content.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
