 Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to achieve business goals.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Define target audiences and develop tailored messaging and campaigns.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, design) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.

• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

• Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

 Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of proven experience in a marketing strategy role, preferably in the plastic packaging industry.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw strategic conclusions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM software, and analytics tools.

• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving marketing objectives.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
