Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

1. MANAGEMENT

• Develop and implements a comprehensive medical and wellness strategy aligned with the organization vision.
• Review and propose improvement in our system and equipment that promote for better handling of employees and family health
• Create and monitor wellness program for employee
• Lead cross functional teams of doctors, therapist, nurseries and wellness team.
• Review Monthly report of company doctor and provide guidance for improvement
• Plan for Health activities and Food monthly promotion Events  
• Monitor clinic legal compliance and continuation of certification
• Guide OHS Doctor and company doctor on good coordination and employees healthiness and emergency handling, readiness of emergency equipment for emergency handling

2.   CUSTOMER SUPPORT

• Support Company doctor and OHS doctor mill and fiber in providing advice as necessary especially that related to operation risk to health of employees and family.
• Ensure the follow up of annual MCU for employees that had test out of range and monitor for their health improvement in coordination with OHS and company doctor
• Alert Management on contagious diseases or possible Pandemic and action needed to anticipate impact to operation
• Ensure readiness of team to support any urgency
• Monitor and improve health insurance service and clinic service

3.   ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE

• Responsible for all update of government regulation info and ensure the implementation into practice
• Manage budgets, staffing, procurement of medical equipment and medicine and wellness supplies
• Set and monitor performance metrics covering client improvement, in clinical outcomes and wellness improvement
• Monitor loss ratio and clinic service level agreement

4.  TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Recruit, train and mentor healthcare and wellness staff
• Encourage interdisciplinary collaboration and continuous professional development.
• Periodically evaluate and give feedback to team member
