Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.

• Assisting in liaising with principals, buyers, stores, suppliers and distributors.

• Working closely with visual display department to ensure best goods display to maximise customer interest and sales.

• Assisting in forecasting profits and sales, and optimising sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.

• Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.

• Producing relevant reports, statistics, sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs.

• Analysing each merchandise/item performance and ensuring that they reach their full potential.

• Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data.

• Gathering information on customers reactions to products.

• Identifying supply difficulties and taking relevant action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) degree /D3

• An excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

• Preferably having experience in merchandising administration.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Has a good English skills oral and written.

• Energetic, fast learner, self starter and creative.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Good computer skills at least in Internet, Social Media and MS Office.

• Preferably has a distribution or retail business background.
