• Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
• Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 per bulan

Job Description :

- Develop and execute merchandising plans that align with seasonal trends, promotions, and sales goals

- Curate product ranges for both online and in-store categories, ensuring alignment with our sustainability values

- Monitor market trends and competitor assortments to identify opportunities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, imagery, and categorization on our e-commerce platform

- Optimize the online user experience through clear product hierarchies, tags, and filters

- Coordinate with marketing for product launches and promotional campaigns

- Oversee visual presentation and layout in physical outlets, ensuring consistency across stores

- Collaborate with store managers to implement effective product placement, signage, and seasonal displays

- Conduct regular store audits to maintain merchandising standards

- Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to ensure optimal inventory availability

- Review slow- and fast-moving items and adjust plans accordingly

- Work with local producers and suppliers to manage product onboarding and discontinuation

- Analyze product performance and customer purchasing behavior

- Use data insights to guide assortment decisions and promotional effectiveness

- Prepare monthly merchandising reports for management

Requirements :

- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or category management (FMCG or retail sector preferred)

- Strong understanding of online and offline retail operations

- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with inventory or POS software (experience with Cin7 is a plus)

- Excellent communication and coordination skills

- Passionate about sustainability, local sourcing, and healthy living
